Refer A Kid
How To Make A Referral
We are currently serving the Carolinas, Georgia and the DC Metro area and have partnered with the hospitals and organizations listed below. These providers are our source of information for possible recipients. We follow this protocol in order to ascertain medical eligibility and sports interest. Therefore, we are only able to receive referral information through these hospitals/organizations, and not through online/email correspondence.
If you are the parent or guardian of a child that meets our medical criteria please contact someone on your healthcare team and they can assist you with next steps.
Individuals must meet the medical criteria in order to be considered for a Dream Experience.
