Charlotte, NC (May 15, 2019) – Dream On 3 is thrilled to announce that they have recently added Ronald McDonald House (RMH) of Charlotte to the organization’s list of Day Dream partners. Dream On 3 coordinates with local healthcare and family support organizations to select qualified participants to be a part of their local Day Dream experiences. Through the Day Dream program, Day Dream Kids and their families receive an invitation to attend a local sporting event that includes plenty of V.I.P. treatment and access.
“Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte is excited to partner with Dream On 3,” said Kristin Young, RMH Associate Director of Advancement for Marketing and Communications. “RMH of Charlotte is the ‘home-away-from-home’ for families of sick or injured children being treated in an area hospital. We strive to foster strong relationships with our community partners to create caring environments for our families. We thank Dream On 3 for playing a role in a families’ healing process. It’s an honor to be a part of making a child’s dream come true.”
To tip-off the partnership, Dream On 3 invited three Ronald McDonald House children to attend the Charlotte Touchdown Club’s event featuring guest speaker, former NY Giants running back, Tiki Barber. The event took place Friday, May 10 at the Sheraton Hotel in Charlotte. The Dream Kids in attendance had the opportunity to meet, and talk with, Tiki Barber prior to the event. For sports-loving children, this was a dream come true!
